KCC INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

At the heart of this internship is the desire to see people know God more and share God more.

 

As our creator, our God, He knows us inside and out. He meets us where we are, and grows us toward who and what He wants us to be.

 

The KCC internship opportunity engages with what God is already doing from three fronts…

 

HEAD

…be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Romans 12:2

 

HEART

So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. Galatians 5:16

 

HANDS
It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
Colossians 3:24

 

The KCC internship is not just about you serving, it’s about us serving you. We see it as a privilege to be part of a season of God growing you closer to attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:13).

 

It's currently a one-year programme designed

to blend theology and practice. It’s about connecting Bible learning (HEAD), spiritual formation (HEART), and ministry practice (HANDS).

The programme is unpaid, and built around the participant being in paid work for a portion of their week (minimum 20 hours). The expectations of ministry engagement as an intern, is proportionate to the hours committed (minimum 15 hours).

We have an internal programme and options for external programmes as well and is open to anyone over the age of 18.
