EQUIPPING
Equipping and training are not programmes, they are a way we do life @ KCC.
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:11-13
We are all about inviting people into opportunities to learn and grow in their knowledge, under standing and experience of God. It is providing the tools to be actively part of what God is doing in and through us as a church family.

EQUIPPING OPPORTUNITIES
At any one time, there are a range of different Equipping Intensives available @ KCC. These are a way of engaging in some targeted equipping and training with others in the church family.

INTERNSHIP @ KCC
Are you seeking what God has next for you? Are you keen to develop some base Bible learning and ministry skills? Maybe you're keen to starting a pathway into full-time or bi-vocational ministry. The Internship @ KCC integrated one-year programme might be for you.
It is a volunteer part-time equipping opportunity, designed to blend theology and practice. Built around the participant being in paid work for a portion of their week, and then in supported ministry development as an intern for the other proportion. For people at all ages and stages.
