HALL HIRE
We are keen to share the wonderful facility God has given us.
Our modern facilities provide a range of options from a children’s birthday party in our youth hall to conferences in our auditorium. You can also hire the kitchen for catering purposes or the Playgroup equipment, to make things more active for the children.

The following are a guide for prices to hire, please use the form below to contact our Office Manager to confirm availability and pricing.
AUDITORIUM
Half Day $150.00
Full Day $290.00
Discretion to be used for any time in between or over these times, and in relation to NUMBERS using the facility at the time.
NOTE: This is ONLY for use of the auditorium.
If technical equipment required (i.e. audio/visual), then a KCC sound technician is required @ $20 per hour If using the kitchen for heating food or cooking – i.e. a meal or party – then a $15 charge for kitchen use is to be added. A bond would need to be paid also, of $100 (refundable when fob is returned, if all okay).
HALL (CASUAL USERS)
Per hour $ 20.00
Half Day $ 80.00
Full Day $150.00
Discretion to be used for any time in between or over these times, and in relation to NUMBERS using the facility at the time.
This is ONLY for use of hall and perhaps kitchen for cup-of-tea.
If using the kitchen for heating food or cooking – i.e. a meal or party – then a $15 charge for kitchen use is to be added.
If the Playground equipment is required there than a $10 charge is to be added.
A bond would need to be paid also, of $100 (refundable when fob is returned, if all okay).
HALL (REGULAR USERS – IE: WEEKLY THROUGH TO MONTHLY REGULAR MEETINGS)
Per hour $ 7.00
Discretion to be used for any time in between or over these times, and in relation to NUMBERS using the facility at the time.
This is ONLY for use of hall and perhaps kitchen for cup-of-tea.
If you wanting access to internet then a $5 charge per week is added.
If using the kitchen then a $15 charge per week is to be added.
A bond would need to be paid also, of $100 (refundable when fob/s are returned, if all okay).
